Under the Department of Food Technology and Quality Control norms, Gangajal Minerals has built a fully automated production process with little human interaction to ensure a clean and sanitary environment.

The jar is washed inside and out with a hard brush and soapy solution to begin the production process. To remove any soap residue, the jar is washed with high-pressure water.

To ensure that all regions are coated, the jar is moved to a 9-stage washing machine and thoroughly rinsed nine times. This method of cleaning aids in the eradication of any germs or contaminants that may be present on the jar's surface. A fully automated system fills the jar, caps it, and sends it out for inspection.
